Job description

  • Planning and undertaking schedule maintenance.
  • Responding to breakdowns/ Repairing equipment.
  • Supervising engineers and technical staff/ Carrying out quality inspections on job.
  • Creating and improving maintenance procedures.
  • Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety lesgislation.

Job requirements

  1. Academic requirements:
    • Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Knowledge/Experience:
    • Male, under 30.
    • Working experience in steel manufacture is preferred.
  3. Abilities and Skills:
    • Fluent in English (verbal and writing), Chinese and/or Japanes is a plus.
    • Be able to appply knowledge and general rules to specific problems to exercise critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Job description

  • Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting for Electrical & Automation Control System (PLC and SCADA system, motor, motor drivers, Strip guiding CPC/EPC system, sensor, HV/LV power supply system, hydraulic, pneumatics, DCS system, on-line measuring gauge systems, process monitoring & control instrument etc.).
  • Carry out improvement, modification, development Electrical & Control system (hardware & software and operation process).
  • Spare part management (identify needed parts, purchasing, inventory management, etc.).
  • Supervising and allocating works for technical staff, subcontractor.
  • Creating, maintaining and improving maintenance program (PM, Pdm, TPM…).
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety lesgislation.
  • Other relevant tasks as assigned by Superior.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor degree on Electrical/Automation control background.
  • Conceptual knowledge abound PLC system (hardware & software).
  • Conceptual knowledge abound DCS system (hardware & software).
  • Conceptual knowledge of motor controls, machine safety, Loop process control (PID), instrument & measurement device, power distribution, and low voltage control.
  • Understanding of network systems architectures and management such as profibus, profinet, TC-Net, Ethernet…
  • Ability to communicate and interface well with other members of team and other department.
  • Good English communication.

  • Freshman with good knowledge will be trained.
  • Priority experience 2 years in maintenance of electrical systems, plant electrical equipment.
  • Have a sense of labor discipline, good health, have a long-term working need for the Company.
  • Be honest and responsible for the job.
  • Knowing foreign languages (English / Chinese / Japanese) is an advantage.

  • Find and evaluate suppliers.
  • Request quotation, bid and negotiate best price with suppliers.
  • Proceed all related contracting documents.
  • Compromise related parties and arrange working schedule.
  • Proceed inspecting/evaluating work result and all related Acceptance documents.
  • Proceed all related payment documents.
  • Manage all related procurement document.
  • Establish, review and update all precurement documents to match with requirement of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO5001.
  • Other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor degree on Mechanical background.
  • We also welcome economic background candidates who are willing to work at job-site; and have basic knowledge of Mechanical.
